WHO WE ARE

Get to know Purple Dog Records, a family-owned and operated record store in Naperville since 2014. Our store was founded by father and daughter team, Joel Sicker and Erin Gavin due to a genuine love and passion for music. Since then PDR has grown to include Joel's son, Colin Sicker as Store Manager. As the music industry embraces a more digital strategy, Purple Dog Records is a valuable reminder of how music retail can be a social affair; people hang out together as a community and buy records. We’ve been working hard to establish our principles, which include meeting and exceeding our customer's requirements and selling top-quality music for a fair price.
